1. 購買人未經本公司書面授權，嚴禁將本公司之產品私自販售、改包裝貼牌銷售，進行臨床醫學實驗或藥物實驗等。一經查實，依法處理，並保留法律追訴權。
   The purchaser is strictly prohibited from selling the company's products without the written authorization of the company or repackaging them for OEM sales. Conduct clinical medical or drug experiments. Once verified, legal prosecution will be pursued.

1. 本公司僅對未拆封之產品負責。
   Our company is only responsible for unopened products.

1. 購買人於購買時已確認本公司之產品符合自身需求，非產品過期或變質，概不退貨。
   The purchaser has confirmed that the company's products meet their needs. No returns will be accepted unless the product has expired or deteriorated.

1. 本公司之產品僅販售於中華民國台灣地區。其他地區購買請由代購代運商處理。本公司不會販售，但特殊情況下得專案處理（無代購代運商處理時）。
   Our company's products are only sold in Taiwan, ROC. Purchases from other regions should be handled by purchasing agents. Special cases may be handled when there is no agent to assist.

1. 本公司之產品促進消化、幫助睡眠，服用前應避免於重大事件前（如高考、面試、會議、旅行等），以免影響購買人體能。
   Our company's products promote digestion and help sleep. Avoid taking them before major events (such as exams, interviews, meetings, travel, etc.) to avoid any physical impact.

1. 購買人同意按中華民國台灣之相關法律處理相關爭議，並同意以中華民國台灣基隆地方法院審理之。
   The purchaser agrees to handle relevant disputes in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, ROC, and agrees to use the Keelung District Court for trial.
